Bunker Fuel Increase and Fuel Recovery Surcharge – CADA

Dear Crowley Customer,

We wish to advise the trade that the Members of the Central America Discussion Agreement will be adjusting their bunker filings and fuel recovery surcharge, as applicable. The adjustment is due to spiraling increased costs associated with the purchase of fuel and will be applicable on all shipments to and from the United States on October 1, 2005.

Effective: October 1, 2005
The charge will be filed/increased by the amounts indicated below and apply to/from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Panama.

20′ equipment – $ 50.00
40′ STD/HC – $ 100.00
45′ equipment – $ 115.00
