Bunker Fuel Increase and Fuel Recovery Surcharge – CADA & Hispanola Discussion Agreement

Dear Crowley Customer,

We wish to advise the trade that the Members of the Central America Discussion Agreement and Hispanola Discussion Agreement will be adjusting their bunker filings and fuel recovery surcharge, as applicable. The adjustment is due to spiraling increased costs associated with the purchase of fuel and will be applicable on all shipments to and from the United States on June 1, 2006.

The charge will be filed/increased by the amounts indicated below and apply to/from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama and Dominican Republic.

If you are subject to Fuel Recovery – The charge will be filed/increased by the amounts indicated below and apply to/from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama and Dominican Republic.

If you are subject to Bunker Surcharge – The charge will be filed/increased by the amounts indicated below and apply to/from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Dominican Republic.

The charge will be filed/increased by the amounts indicated below and apply to/from El Salvador and Nicaragua
