Bunker Fuel Increase and Fuel Recovery Surcharge- Central America

Members of the Central America Discussion Agreement and Hispaniola Discussion Agreement will be adjusting their bunker filings and filing a fuel recovery surcharge, as applicable. The adjustment is due to spiraling increased costs associated with the purchase of fuel and will be applicable on all shipments to and from the United States and Central America effective November 20, 2004.

The charge will be filed/increased by the amounts indicated below and apply to/from Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Panama.
