Carrier Security Charge

Effective October 22, 2004, the following applies between U.S. ports and ports in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.

A charge of $6.00 per container/trailer will be applicable due to increased vessel and container security measures required as a result of International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS).
