Chassis Usage Charge

Dear Valued Customer:

In an effort to be sensitive to the needs of our customers and responsive to the various trade associations, which have expressed concern over the recently announced new Chassis Usage Charge, Crowley has made the decision to postpone the effective date of this charge until February 15, 2013.
 
This 45-day postponement allows us to meet one-on-one with our customers, as well as with other interested parties, to gain a better understanding of their concerns and communicate our rationale for the establishment of this charge.
 
We appreciate the feedback we have already received and look forward to working together with our customers on this and future matters.
