Due to the continuing escalation of fuel costs, the Intermodal Fuel Surcharge that applies on all Intermodal moves will increase as depicted below. Effective dates are listed below by service group. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your sales respresentative.

Virgin Islands / British Virgin Islands – Effective 6/11/06
St. Thomas, USVI St. Croix, USVI St. John, USVI Tortola, BVI Virgin Gorda, BVI

Caribbean – Effective 6/4/06
Anguilla, Barbados, Montserrat, Nevis, Saba, St. Barts, St. Eustacius, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, Trinidad

Zone 3 – $310 (+$35) AL,GA,SC

Zone 4 – $400 (+$50) LA,MS,NC,TN

Zone 5 – $510 (+$60) AR,IN,KY,OH,PA,VA,WV,TX,IL,MD,NJ,DE,MO

Zone 6 – $625 (+$75) OK,KS,NE,IA,WI,MI,NY,CT,RI,MA,VT,NH,ME

Zone 7 – $850 (+$100) ALL OTHER STATES INCLUDING CANADA
