Ocean Fuel charge filings are being adjusted effective March 18, 2012 due to increases in cost associated with the purchase of fuel. Increases are applicable on all shipments between the U.S. and Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.
