Ocean Fuel charge filings are being adjusted effective September 30, 2012 due to increased costs associated with the purchase of fuel. Increases are applicable on all shipments between the U.S. and Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.
