To Our Valued Customers,

 Puerto Rico Port Authority Charge will increase as given below for open tariff and contract customers.

                                            Rule 23 CT from $16 to $26 per Unit.

The following charge will be assessed on all cargo moving between the U.S./Canada and Puerto Rico as follows:  $26.00 per container/trailer – any size.
