U.S. Inland Fuel Surcharge Increase

Notice to all customers shipping to and from Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.
Crowley wishes to inform the Trade of the following increase that will be effective November 13, 2005.
U.S. Inland Fuel Surcharge will be increased to the following amounts for state origins to Port Everglades or state destinations from Port Everglades;

This increase will apply on all open tariff and contract door rates. The increase will also apply on open tariff inland charges and special inlands as noted in service contracts. The increase is due to increases from U.S. intermodal truck and rail carriers.
