For August 2022, the CASS Index, which is used to monitor and evaluate U.S. Inland rates reflected an average of 159.74. As a result, inland rates will be unchanged. Please find additional details related to CASS Index here.

The Department of Energy’s retail on-highway diesel prices all types index weekly average for the month of August, which is being used to determine the Intermodal Fuel Charge, was $5.014. Therefore, the Intermodal Fuel Percentage will adjust to 50% on October 16, 2022. Please find additional details related to the Intermodal Fuel Surcharge here.
