What is the Supplier Portal?

The Oracle supplier portal is cloud-based and provides access to your own Supplier profile. For our Land Transportation Suppliers, the Oracle Supplier profile manages your company information, example Small or Diverse Business Classifications, addresses, websites, etc. Any operational, invoicing, and/or bid opportunities are managed within our Land Transportation platforms separate from Oracle.

Why is Crowley asking for Supplier Portal Updates?

Crowley recognizes our success is intertwined with our Small and Diverse Business Partner engagement. Through shared goals, we are able to support resilient, innovative, and sustainable supply chains. To realize accurate Supplier information, we are requesting Suppliers navigate to your established Oracle Supplier Profile and complete any updates, including Supplier Business Certification information specific to Small and Diverse Business Classifications.

Who needs to update Supplier Portal?

Crowley requires only the recipient of our Oracle Cloud message to update the Supplier Portal. In other words, if you have agents under your operating authority, their company information is not required. Please update only your company information.
