US Terminal Handling Charge
Due to an increase in the USDA and APHIS Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection (AQI) program user fee costs, Crowley will increase the US Terminal Handling Charge (USTHC) by $10 per TEU on all inbound (import) and outbound (export) cargo, effective October 1, 2024.
For trades where a US Terminal Handling Charge (USTHC) is not currently in place, a new USTHC charge of $10 per TEU will be applied to all inbound (import) and outbound (export) cargo, also starting October 1, 2024.

This does not affect shipments between the United States and Puerto Rico.
