We wish to hereby notify the trade, that due to spiraling increased cost of operations, Crowley will be implementing a General Rate Increase (GRI) applicable on Southbound Major Moving commodities to Costa Rica effective December 1, 2007 as follows:

To Costa Rica:

$100.00 per 20′

$200.00 per 40′ HC

$240.00 per 45′

Non- operating Refrigerated equipment will have no increase.
