Facilities: The port of Jacksonville is operating under USCG XRAY condition. While the port currently remains open normal hours, USCG has advised that they will likely move to Yankee at 1200 today Wednesday, Sept. 25 followed by Zulu at 2400 midnight. This means that while landside operations can continue if deemed safe to do so, no vessel traffic will be cleared into, or out of the harbor.
