Dry Cargo Consolidation/BackLoading Charges from Miami and Jacksonville
1. Applicable for all Open Tariff and NRA rates.
Effective January 1, 2022, Crowley Logistics, Inc.’s Dry Cargo Consolidation Charges will increase to the new levels indicated below from both Miami and Jacksonville.
Applicable from Continental U.S. Only: Unless as otherwise provided, a Carrier Consolidation Fee from Crowley Operated facilities shall be assessed upon shipper’s request to load cargo into an exclusive use container. This charge does not apply for specialized equipment.
Consolidation Charge includes unloading, count, inspection for damages, receiving, warehousing and stuffing of cargo into Carrier’s Container (to include Shipper Own Containers/Trailers).

Effective January 1, 2022, Crowley Logistics, Inc.’s Back Loading Charges will increase to the new levels indicated below from Miami.
Back Loading Charges/Top Loading (Dry Cargo Only)
Except as otherwise provided, Carrier may provide a back-loading service for shipper loaded full containers/trailers at its designated facility. If Carrier provides the drayage to the Carrier’s Miami loading facility then cargo will be subject to an Extra Stop charge per Rule 16. The Extra Stop charge will be assessed in addition to the drayage rate from point of origin to port of loading.
Below Back-Loading Charges are for Mechanically Loaded service with light Hand Stack if applicable. Back-Loading Charges for Complete Hand Stacking shall be quoted on a case by case basis based on cargo specifics.
Maximum Back-Loading Charges are applicable per size of equipment being back-loaded.
