Between Continental USA and the following Caribbean Islands: Anguilla, Aruba, Barbados, Curacao, Grand Cayman, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Nevis & St Kitts, St Croix & St Thomas, St Lucia, St Maarten, St Vincent, Suriname, Tortola and Trinidad.
