Haiti Civil Unrest

Due to the ongoing civil unrest in Haiti, we have decided to suspend all logistics services to and from the Port-au-Prince until the situation is deemed safe to resume. That means that until further notice, we will not be accepting any bookings.

To assist with any cargo currently booked and in transit to Haiti, we are offering 14 additional days of free time beyond your contracted free time. This applies to detention and demurrage charges only and will not be extended to cover any energy charges.

Our operations and customer care teams are working diligently to provide you with information on rerouting, distribution, or storage of cargo currently in our possession and any associated costs.
