FUEL CHARGE ANNOUNCEMENT – PUERTO RICO

Effective September 15, 2004 Rule 10 G – Increase from $235 to $250

Except as specifically indicated in individual rate items all shipments to or from Puerto Rico will be subject to the following Fuel Charge:

*LTL or cargo not in trailers…………$ 35.00 per unit

*Trailerload or Containerload…….. $250.00 per CL/TL

*Vehicles……………………………….$ 35.00 per unit
