U.S. Inland Fuel Surcharge Increase – Central America Shippers

The U.S. Inland Fuel Surcharge will be increased $60.00, excluding South Florida Drayage points effective January 15, 2005.

This increase will apply on all open tariff and contract door rates. The increase will also apply on open tariff inland charges and special inlands as noted in service contracts. The increase is due to increases from U.S. intermodal truck and rail carriers.
